Tristan Gross currently serves as the Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement at Sojourner, overseeing relationships with 13 co-located Family Peace Center partners to deliver transformative services to families affected by violence. Before this role, Tristan was an Outcomes & Evaluation Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing a centralized data system to enhance service coordination among 14 partners. Previous experience spans from Program Quality Manager at the Center for Youth Engagement, where engagement with youth-serving agencies improved out-of-school program access and quality, to roles such as Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin African American Tobacco Prevention Network and Batter's Intervention Program Facilitator at Alma Center Inc., focusing on trauma-informed approaches to domestic violence. Tristan's diverse background includes positions at various community resource centers and experience in leadership development through Public Allies.

Sojourner is the largest nonprofit provider of domestic violence prevention and intervention services in Wisconsin, serving more than 11,000 clients each year.
