Rinel Pius

Rinel Pius is the CEO of SOL Baltics, a leading facility service company in the Baltics with 2,200 employees and a turnover of 40 million euros. With extensive experience in leadership and consulting, Rinel also serves as Consulting CEO at Interim Agentuur Velström Vallner Tohver, contributing expertise to various organizations such as Põhjala Brewery and Eesti Killustik. Previously, Rinel held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Puhastusimport OÜ, Estonia's most successful wholesaler in cleaning products. Rinel's career began as CEO and Board Member at ESS Puhastus/ISS Haldus, where a significant transformation in cleaning methodology was achieved. Rinel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and ongoing studies in Career Counseling and Green Transformation Management.
