Joshua Aje is a professional with extensive experience in data analysis and product development, currently working at Solactive AG in Complex Product Development since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua served as an Associate Consultant at SEEK Development, where responsibilities included leading data analyses for the Donor Tracker, managing its digital product development, and supporting resource mobilization and advocacy strategy design for clients. Earlier experience includes a Research Analyst internship at the Water Integrity Network, where Joshua contributed to data mapping and analysis for projects, and a Business Development internship at International Energy Services Limited, focused on oil sector research and proposal preparation. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the Hertie School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belgorod State University.
