He joined Solar Coca-Cola in October 2019, where he assumed the position of General Director of the company. Graduated in Economics from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP, he took a specialization course in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV. He has more than 26 years of experience as a director in companies in Brazil and Latin America, such as Cervejarias Kaiser, Wurth Argentina, Norsa Coca-Cola, Vonpar Coca-Cola, Brasil Kirin and Lactalis do Brasil. Throughout his career as a director, Salles has accumulated more than 19 years of experience as CEO/executive president and more than 16 years on Boards of Directors; solid “background” in finance, logistics and the commercial area; and international experience in multinationals and family businesses.
