Ashish Gour has a diverse work experience spanning over 14+ years. Ashish started their career in 2009 as a Senior Engineer at Adhunik Metaliks Ltd. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Manager (Pot Line) at Hindalco, where they were responsible for daily production fulfillment and potroom operations. In 2012, they interned at Smart Design, where they gained experience in process simulation tools and developing process flow diagrams. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd. as a Manager, before joining Solar Industries India Limited as a Plant Head and subsequently as a Plant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for plant management, production, process engineering, project execution, quality, and new product development. Ashish also ensured compliance with statutory requirements and effectively liaised with government agencies.
Ashish Gour completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from Raipur Institute of Technology Chhatona, Mandir Hasaud, Raipur, from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued a diploma in Process and Plant Design from SmartLearning in 2011-2012. Ashish then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NIMS - National Institute Of Management Solutions between 2008 and 2010. Later, Ashish pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Process Design from NIT-RAIPUR from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in PROCESS AND PLANT design, HYSIS, HYPHEN, SIZING from SMART Technologies in July 2012.
