Liron Har-Shai

Liron Har-Shai has extensive experience in the solar industry, currently serving as VP of R&D for Solar at SolarEdge Technologies since May 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing development projects and leading multiple teams in product development and manufacturing. Prior roles at SolarEdge include VP of Hardware & Program Management and Programs Director, as well as Hardware Manager & Program Manager, where Liron managed cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solar products. Prior to SolarEdge, Liron worked as a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer at IDF, contributing to multi-disciplinary projects and analog/digital designs, and began a career at INTEL Israel focusing on chip fault grading and verification. Liron holds an MSc in Bio-medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, and is pursuing an MBA at Tel Aviv University.
