Farzad Rahmdel, MSc. IEAust has held various senior and lead piping engineering positions throughout their career. Farzad started in 1995 at Energy Industries Engineering & Design (EIED) and worked there until 2007. Farzad then worked at Petrofac and WorleyParsons as a senior and lead piping engineer. In 2013, they joined Fluor as a senior piping/stress engineer. From 2011 to 2012, they also worked at Petrofac as a senior/lead piping engineer. Farzad joined WorleyParsons again in 2011 and worked there until 2013. From 2014 to present, they have been working at Solaris MCI as a senior piping engineer/specialist. In 2017, they also worked as a piping stress consultant at Tetra Tech until 2020.
Farzad Rahmdel, MSc. IEAust completed their education in the field of Solid Mechanics. Farzad first attended the University of Tehran from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree. After that, they enrolled at Shiraz University from 1993 to 1997 and earned their Master of Science degree.

We actively research new and innovative technologies, recently becoming a member of Hydrogen BC and the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association under our Hydrogen Technology Division. As well, Solaris is a consortium member of the Natural Gas Futures (NGF) Group under the University of British Columbia's Clean Energy Research Centre, promoting sustainable solutions for the responsible use of natural gas.
