We are proud winners of the Surrey Business Award for Best Employer, 50 plus employees. Our culture is diverse and inclusive, valuing individual contributions for the benefit of all. The result is a workforce that strives to appreciate the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Solaris’ ICARE values translates into an inclusive spirit, bringing a diversity of backgrounds together, encouraging learning, teaching and the advancement and the well-being of all.
