Gregori Pillegand is an experienced executive currently serving as Directeur Général France at SOLATO since February 2024. Gregori is also the Founder of GOURMET PASS and serves as Directeur du développement at Maison Méert, both positions held since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Gregori Pillegand was the International Retail and Franchise Director at Lenôtre from September 2016 to November 2021. Gregori's career began at Sodexo, where Gregori held multiple positions over 20 years, including VP Business Development for Sports & Leisure, Executive BU Director for Corporate Services in China, Marketing Director for Greater China, CEO of Hong Kong, and roles in Regional and Operational Management. Academically, Gregori Pillegand earned an EMBA from HEC Paris between 2007 and 2009 and holds a degree from EHL, completed in 1995.
