David Roberts

David Roberts is an experienced professional in employee engagement and communications, currently serving as a People Experience and Engagement Consultant at Soldo since July 2022. Prior to this role, David held various interim positions, including Change and Communications Lead at Bupa, Head of Employee Experience at AO, and Communications Manager at Bromford. Notably, David contributed to the BBC during a transformative era, managing employee engagement and employer branding while supporting diversity initiatives. With a robust background in strategic communication, David has also worked with organizations such as Flybe, BuroHappold Engineering, Anchor Trust, and Orange.
