Joe Susai is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Soleo Health since 2025 and a Senior Consultant at Mainguard Cyber, Joe's expertise includes cybersecurity strategic planning and risk assessments. Previously, Joe held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the Public School and Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where responsibilities encompassed cybersecurity leadership and program management. Joe's tenure at SSM Health included significant roles in enterprise information risk, cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance. Joe began a career in information technology management at St. Marys Hospital Medical Center and The Best Western Clock Tower Resort & Conference Center. Joe holds a Master of Management from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli.
