Carlos Minami

Carlos Minami is a seasoned professional in information security and cyber risk management, currently serving as the Diretor de TI e Segurança da Informação (CISO) at Solfácil since January 2025. With extensive experience in various high-level roles, Carlos has previously held positions such as Chief Information Security Officer at Unidas and Ventura Enterprise Risk Management, providing executive advisory on information security disciplines. Other notable roles include Information Security Coordinator at Grupo Recovery and Banco Votorantim, as well as significant contributions at Telefónica and Allianz, focusing on application security, vulnerability management, and investigations. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Forensics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista.
