Before that, they were the Director of Marketing Innovation at RXBAR, where they led the innovation portfolio for several health and wellness brands. Gianna also held positions at Kashi Company, Kellogg Company, Nestlé, Starbucks, Procter & Gamble, and IXYS Corporation, where they gained experience in brand management, innovation, and marketing strategy.
From 2005 to 2008, Gianna De Caro attended Harvard University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a citation in Spanish Language.
