Kimberly Audet Cornwell

Kimberly Audet Cornwell currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Solid Biosciences, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Kimberly is a Board Director for The Wandering Heart Project, Inc. since October 2020 and has been the Founder and CEO of Celadon Road since April 2008. Kimberly's previous roles include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Repligen Corporation from September 2021 to July 2024, General Counsel at Avitide, LLC from October 2017 to July 2024, and Member of the Firm at Outside GC LLC from November 2015 to November 2021. Kimberly also served as General Counsel at Sanofi Pasteur Biologics from September 2004 to November 2015 and held the position of Associate at Edwards & Angell, LLP from May 2000 to September 2004. Kimberly's early career includes serving as Counsel at Atos Consulting Switzerland. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Boston University.
