Michael Nellist

Michael Nellist is a technology development process engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor physics and electrochemistry. Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Integration and previously as a Cell Development Engineer at Solid Power, Inc., Michael has also held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Münster and as a TD Module and Yield Engineer at Intel Corporation, where expertise in CMP toolsets was developed. Michael's academic background includes a PhD and an MS in Chemistry from the University of Oregon, where significant research was conducted on (photo)electrochemical water oxidation, along with experience as an Atomic Force Microscope Instrument Manager and Graduate Teaching Fellow.
