Soteris Shiakides

Soteris Shiakides is a seasoned professional in information security, currently serving as the Head of Information Security at Solidgate since February 2023, overseeing the institution's Information Security Management System and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards. With prior experience as the Head of Information Security for Cyprus and a Senior Information Security Officer at RCB BANK LTD, Soteris has developed and maintained comprehensive security frameworks in line with industry best practices. Previous roles include positions at CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings Group, KPMG Cyprus, and Gamma, each contributing to expertise in security policy formulation, third-party due diligence, and information security governance. Soteris holds an MSc in Information Systems Security and a BSc in Computing from Sheffield Hallam University.
