Mandip Singh Sidhu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Solifi since April 2020, Mandip oversees critical financial strategies and corporate initiatives. Prior to this role, Mandip was Head of M&A at Temenos from July 2012 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing the complete transaction lifecycle and successfully executing nine acquisitions valued over $1 billion. Mandip's career began at KPMG, where titles included Assistant Manager in Transaction Services and Assurance, followed by a partnership at Regent Partners, specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Mandip holds qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and a degree from the University of Birmingham.
