Shashwath Hegde is an experienced engineering support analyst with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Lead Engineering Support Analyst at Solifi since December 2021, Shashwath handles product incidents and service requests, performing manual testing and coordinating with the development team for issue resolution. Prior to this role, Shashwath worked at Infosys from July 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included positions as Senior Service Analyst, Technology Analyst, Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer. Shashwath holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore, obtained in June 2014.
