Senping L.

Senping L. has worked in various roles since 2017. Starting as a Store Supervisor at Marché Ultra Dumas, they then became a Digital Communication Specialist Intern at World Skills Employment Centre in the same year. In 2019, they moved to TD as a Customer Service Specialist. In 2021, they became a Bilingual Sales Specialist at Cogeco Connexion and currently holds the position of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Solink.

Senping L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Ottawa in 2017. During their studies there, they were also enrolled in a Diploma program in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Collège La Cité, which they completed in 2017. In November of 2017, they earned a Diplôme d'Éducation en Langue Française B2 from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse. In August of 2021, they obtained an International English Language Testing System - Band 7.5 from the British Council.
