John Klint

John Klint has extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership, currently serving as Group CFO for Solita since February 2025, part of the Apax Partners portfolio. Prior to this role, John held the position of Group CFO at HiQ from October 2021 to February 2025, and worked as a Strategy and M&A Advisor at Colony Lane Advisors, primarily serving Triton. Other significant positions include Co-head of the Strategy Group and Head of Integration & Separation at KPMG, as well as CFO and Executive Vice President at Green Cargo, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, business development, and sustainability. John's leadership experience extends to chairing DB Schenker Rail Scandinavia and being a board member at Green Cargo Logistics. Additionally, John worked as Executive Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at SSAB and served as an investment manager at Industrivarden. Education includes a Master's degree in International Business and Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg and studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
