Gaurav Shetty is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as Manager-HRBP and Head of Learning and Development at Solitaire since October 2020. Prior to this, Gaurav held roles including Training Manager at Kundan Hyundai and Product and Sales Trainer at Sharayu Toyota. Early career experience includes positions as Product Specialist at Jeep India and Dhone Ford, where expertise in product knowledge and sales was utilized, as well as a Sales Specialist at B U Bhandari Auto Pvt Ltd, focusing on enhancing the customer buying experience. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Progressive Educational Society's Modern College of Arts, Science & Commerce in Pune.
