Prior experience includes roles such as Information Technology Manager at Askari Infotech Private Limited and various system support engineer positions. Shailesh holds educational qualifications from Mahatma Phule Mahavidyalaya, Ahmedpur, and Shivaji Vidyalaya, Satala, Latur.
