Srividhya Natarajan

Srividhya Natarajan is an experienced HR and administrative professional with over two decades of expertise in various roles. Since September 2010, Srividhya has served as Team Leader - HR & Admin at Soliton Technologies, responsible for onboarding, exit management, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior positions include Senior Administrative Executive and Administrative Executive at the same company, where Srividhya managed overall administrative activities and employee onboarding. Previously, Srividhya worked as an Executive Secretary at Uniform Craft, focusing on office management and vendor relations, and as Secretary to the General Manager at Autoprint Machinery Manufacturers Pvt Ltd, where key responsibilities included managing the Director's schedule and preparing reports. Srividhya is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management at Loyola Institute of Business Administration, having obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
