Windila Balbone

Windila Balbone is an experienced program associate currently serving at the Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship since March 2022, while also holding a fellow position at the Friends Committee on National Legislation. Windila has been contributing as a research assistant intern at the Eurasia Center since January 2021, where responsibilities include conducting research, managing the website, and editing peer research articles. Additionally, Windila has worked as a dialogue facilitator for Soliya and previously served as an administrative assistant at the International Rescue Committee in the summer of 2019. Windila obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the State University of New York College at Potsdam in 2021.
