Bernard is a recognized strategic project leader in the cooperative sector. He has been involved in the network for over 20 years and is now the Vice-President of Strategic Projects for the largest agri-food enterprise in Quebec.
Known for his ability to identify growth opportunities in areas salient to Sollio Cooperative Group, Bernard is an inspiring leader who effectively combines strategic thinking and economic affairs to engage the network and targeted business sectors. Bernard will draw on his management talents, advisory skills, and knowledge of the cooperative ecosystem to successfully guide the 2020 Vision project he is overseeing. The project aims to transform the cooperatives network into a more efficient, agile, and profitable entity for the benefit of producers and their cooperatives.
Bernard Marquis holds a bachelor’s degree in bioagronomy from Université Laval.
