Until his arrival at Sollio Cooperative Group, Stéphane Forget was President and CEO of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec. Previously Vice President, Strategy & Economic Affairs for the same organization, he has acquired extensive experience in government and public affairs, holding various positions with the STM, the City of Montreal, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the Government of Quebec and many other associations. He holds an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal’s School of Management (ESG UQAM) and a law certificate from the Université de Montréal. In the spring of 2019, he completed a university certification in corporate governance (ASC) from Université Laval. Over the years, Stéphane Forget has had the opportunity to be a member of various boards of directors including the Commission des normes, de l'équité et de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) and he is currently a member of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT), a member of the board of directors of Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC) and the Réseau des femmes d'affaires du Québec (RFAQ), as well as an ambassador for Carbone Scol'ERE.
