Gus Vegas

Gus Vegas is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for The Americas at Solomon Associates since August 2021. Prior roles include Director of Business Development for North America and LATAM at Flotek Industries, where responsibilities encompassed regional sales management. Gus has also contributed to Univar Solutions as a Corporate Account Manager and Product Line Manager. Key achievements at Continental Production Services include significant process improvements during flowback operations and successful implementation of large-scale chemical programs. Earlier career experiences include engineering roles at Carrizo Oil & Gas, EXCO Resources, and Fidelity Exploration and Production. Gus holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from La Salle BCN, a Bachelor’s in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University, and completed studies in International Studies at EDUGO in Belgium.
