Lynn Yakoweshen

Lynn Yakoweshen is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the oilfield chemicals industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development for North America at Solomon Associates since May 2023, Lynn previously held the role of Global Oilfield Business Manager at Stepan Company from 2013 to 2022, where key achievements included launching the Stepan Oilfield Solutions business unit and driving significant revenue growth. Prior experience includes roles at Weatherford and Canada Colors and Chemicals, where Lynn demonstrated a strong track record in sales management, market development, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta.
