Paul Cole

Paul Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and consultancy, currently serving as a Product Manager and Performance Solutions Manager at Solomon Associates since May 2012. In this role, Paul delivers diverse projects, including workforce optimization in Latin America and performance excellence processes in Asia, while also providing regional support for the biennial Solomon Fuels and Lubes Comparative Performance Analysis Study. Prior to joining Solomon Associates, Paul spent 17 years at bp, where roles ranged from Refining Business Advisor and Internal Auditor to Operations Coordinator, contributing significantly to benchmarking, corporate governance audits, and refining operations. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, complemented by foundational education at Friends' School Lisburn.
