Stephen Wright

Stephen Wright is a seasoned retired oil industry consultant with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently, Stephen serves as a retired consultant since February 2018, previously holding the position of Vice President of Europe and Middle East Operations at Solomon Associates from January 2010, alongside roles as Managing Director and Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Stephen worked at KBC from February 1995 to June 2009, assuming multiple Vice President roles focused on process consulting, operational excellence, and reliability management. Early career experience includes strategic project development at Esso Petroleum Company Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed capital budget formulation and management of lubricant production units. Stephen holds a BSc(Eng) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, earned between 1977 and 1980.
