Kirsten M. Nicklaus

Kirsten M. Nicklaus, CPA, serves as Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Soluna since January 2022, overseeing the accuracy of the company’s Consolidated Balance Sheet and reviewing over 100 monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at P&F Industries, Inc., where a significant reduction in the consolidated close process time was achieved, and maintenance of financial statement disclosures for SEC filings. Kirsten also held roles as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. and as Director at the IMA, focusing on membership and community outreach. Additional experience spans positions as Assistant Corporate Controller at P&F Industries, Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, and Audit Manager at Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP, with a strong background in SEC reporting and compliance audits. Kirsten holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose.
