Stine Ursin-Holm has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stine co-founded Solution Seeker in 2013 and served as the Chief People Officer, responsible for company culture, talent, and team development. Prior to this, they worked as a researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2013 to 2014. Stine also completed an internship at the Center for Integrated Operations in the Petroleum Industry in 2012. Stine gained experience as a summer project intern at Statkraft in 2011 and as a treasurer at Sommerland AS in 2010. Stine was an exchange student at Swansea University from 2009 to 2010 and worked as a sales worker at ISFiT in 2008.

Stine Ursin-Holm completed their education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2007 to 2013, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Economy and Technology Management. Stine also attended Swansea University from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained another Master of Science (MSc) degree, this time in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Stine Ursin-Holm has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In April 2019, they received the PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certification from PeopleCert. Stine also holds certifications in Agile project management such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), obtained in March 2019.
