Megan Smith

Megan Smith is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral analysis and education with a strong background in various roles. Currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Behavior Interventionist at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals since July 2020, Megan has previously held positions such as Aquatics Director and Summer Camp Director at Fargo Country Club and served as a Preschool Literacy Tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps & Minnesota Math Corps. Additional experience includes working as a Paraprofessional at North Dakota Autism Center, Inc., where support was provided to children with developmental disabilities. Megan holds a Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders from PennWest California, as well as a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
