Ian West is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industries. Currently serving as Group Commercial Director at Solutions Group since May 2025, Ian has developed and executed strategies to enhance revenue and market positioning. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Skelmore Hospitality Partners, where Ian oversaw operations within Brightstar Hospitality Holdings, and Commercial Director for TGP International, focusing on food and beverage projects for Expo City Dubai. Ian's leadership experience also encompasses Managing Director at ABW and Chief Operating Officer at Forefront Hospitality. Ian began a successful career at Heineken, holding various roles including Head of Sales, where strategic sales initiatives contributed significantly to revenue growth. Ian holds a BA Hons in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University.
