Bob Mills

Bob Mills is the Founder and President of AutoWorks Paintless Dent Repair, a role held since August 1996, where responsibilities include brand development, corporate partnerships, business development, negotiations, and training. With 18 years of hands-on experience in hail catastrophe operations, Bob has developed and integrated procedures and policies for repair teams both locally and nationally. Bob holds a VALE institute master certification, the only third-party certification in the PDR industry, and has provided continued educational training for insurance personnel and repair facility staff. Prior to this, from 1993 to 1996, Bob served as the Head of Department at Lexus, where responsibilities included customer service training, production management, technician training, scheduling, and cost containment for both a reconditioning center and an accessory department.
