Soluto
Vanessa Raz Feder is an experienced UX lead and researcher currently at Cellebrite since October 2022, and a User Experience Researcher at Soluto since January 2019. At Soluto, Vanessa leads quantitative and qualitative research throughout the agile product development life-cycle, employing mixed research methods to understand user needs and enhance design concepts. Previous roles include UX Designer at Pumika, where Vanessa focused on creating user-friendly digital products, and research positions at Bar-Ilan University and The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, enhancing skills in research planning and execution. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, summa cum laude, from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, and completed additional education at Netcraft Academy.

Soluto is an all-in-one support and digital protection service that enables users to contact premier support technicians. It integrates a mobile app, web portal, proactive communications, and remote device management into one service. Soluto provides proactive support by notifying users when there’s a problem with actionable email alertsthus enabling them to remedy the issue from any PC, laptop or smartphone, saving time and reducing frustrations; offline cloud-based services by taking action on PCs even when they are shut down; and insights and reports on asset management and activity. Soluto was launched in 2008 and is based in Tel Aviv.
