Sharad Ajitsaria

Sharad Ajitsaria serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Solv since March 2019, where Sharad played a pivotal role in scaling the asset-light B2B e-commerce and fintech platform to achieve $640 million GMV across over 100 cities. Prior to this, Sharad was the Founder and CFO of Medloan, India's first healthcare fintech platform, facilitating significant loans for patients across numerous hospitals. Sharad also held the position of Vice President Finance at PM Health and Life Care, where Sharad contributed to the establishment of India's first e-pharmacy marketplace. During tenure at Flipkart.com, Sharad was instrumental in financial transformation amid hyper-growth, leading various mergers and acquisitions. Earlier roles include Head of Finance for Europe & MENA at Biocon, where Sharad established international finance operations for global biosimilar expansion. Sharad holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's degree from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
