Omar's background includes significant positions at BRF, where responsibilities spanned from Planning Manager to International Logistics Manager, and at Perdigão as a Logistics Processes Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Embraer as a Product Development Engineer and as an intern at General Motors. Omar holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor's degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
