Rafael Diaz

Rafael Diaz is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operational roles within both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as Site Manager and previously as Shift Team Lead at Solvay since June 2018, Rafael manages employee relations and coordinates workforce efforts to align with production schedules. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps and occupying various leadership roles, including Battery Commander and Program Development Manager at United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command, where Rafael was responsible for developing and managing substantial funding initiatives. Earlier career roles encompassed logistics and training management within the Marine Corps, notably contributing to the establishment of the Afghanistan National Army's School of Artillery. Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University.
