Sophie Goelen

Sophie Goelen is a Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Competition, Antitrust, Foreign Direct Investment, and Trade at Solvay since September 2015. Prior to this role, Sophie served as an Associate at VVGB Advocaten/Avocats from September 2010 to August 2015 and completed an internship at FratiniVergano-European Lawyers from August 2009 to August 2010. Sophie holds a PG Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London, an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven, supplemented by an Erasmus program at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
