Elena Titkova

Elena Titkova is currently the VP of Account Management at Solvd, Inc. Elena is responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers, managing portfolios and revenue, and creating account plans. Prior to this role, Elena worked as an Account Manager at Solvd, Inc. and Qaprosoft, where Elena handled customer relationships, account plans, and other related tasks. Before entering the tech industry, Elena worked at Renaissance Minsk Hotel as a Supervisor, overseeing department operations, employee performance, and customer service. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Industry Management from Belarusian State University.
