Meenakshi's extensive experience also includes a significant role as Managing Partner for Forum Management Consulting in Bahrain from December 2005 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing Gulfbankers and GulfManagers. Earlier career positions involved consultancy and management roles across various organizations, including IT People and Khaleej & Eastworld. Meenakshi holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDM in Marketing from AIMA, among others.
