Paul Recksiek has a long history of working in the technology field. Paul began their career in 2002 as a Computer Technician at ASG Software Solutions, where they were responsible for installing hardware, upgrading, monitoring and troubleshooting problems for over 200 end-users and production machines and phone systems. In 2003, they moved to Oasys, Ltd. as a Computer Technician, responsible for start to finish of the maintenance and support for five private healthcare facility networks. Paul then moved to Hilltop Consultants, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Consultant, where they were the primary consultant for over 20 clients. Paul was then promoted to Technical Director, VP of Consulting Services, and finally CTO, overseeing personnel, recruiting, scheduling and daily operations of 40 employees in the Consulting and Managed Services lines of business. In 2021, they moved to Solvere One as CTO.
Paul Recksiek attended Wake Forest University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
