Ihab Mostafa

Ihab Mostafa serves as the Global Director of Operational Transformation at Solvias since March 2024, after holding the position of Global Director of Operational Excellence at Genioo from February 2023 to January 2024. Prior to that, Ihab was the Head of Project Management Office for Switzerland and OPEX Manager at B. Braun Group from September 2017 to February 2023, overseeing strategy definition and operational excellence. Ihab's experience also includes serving as an International Project Manager at Glastron, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2017, where management of substantial budgets and project teams was essential. Earlier roles include serving as a Research and Development Engineer/Project Manager at PFISTERER and a trainee position at Novartis, with a solid educational background including a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from ETH Zürich.
