Pawel Zieminski

Pawel Zieminski is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Director of the Software Engineering Center of Competence at SOLWIT SA since March 2012, Pawel oversees 30 engineers across multiple projects focused on custom business process automation products and acts as the primary liaison between development teams and clients. Previously, Pawel held the position of Software Engineering Manager and Service Delivery Manager, managing over 70 engineers in various international projects while optimizing project profitability and leading recruitment efforts. Pawel's entrepreneurial spirit is also evident in the ownership of IT Solution since April 2009. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at SII and Sunreef Yachts, where Pawel contributed to business process design and application performance testing. Pawel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology.
