David Sobol

David Sobol currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations & Value Based Care at Somatus, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, David was the VP of Value Based Care at Optum Kidney Solutions from January 2022 to March 2025. David's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at UHG Ventures from October 2017 to January 2022 and fulfilling various senior roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, including Vice President of Home Therapies and Managed Care, as well as Assistant General Counsel and Business Unit Counsel. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a degree in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
