Andrew Mercer is a highly experienced graphic designer and creative leader with over 16 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Graphic Design at SomethingInked since November 2023, Andrew excels in conceptualizing and creating compelling designs for custom apparel and promotional products while collaborating closely with clients to exceed their expectations. As the Creative Director at neonrain.club since June 2010, Andrew has effectively developed design solutions across various mediums, aligning them with clients' brand identities and objectives. Previous roles at Custom Ink included managing a team of 20 designers as the Art & Design Team Manager and providing mentorship and support as the Art & Design Team Lead. Andrew began the professional journey as a Graphic Designer at Easily Amused, creating designs for web, print, and logos, and has consistently demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills throughout the career.
