Lucie Dussillols is an experienced sommelière with a strong background in the wine industry. Currently serving as Sommelière-Conseil at MA SOMMELIERE since January 2019, Lucie founded the agency to share expertise gained from previous roles. Lucie also has been a Sommelière at SOMM'IT since June 2018 and holds the position of Chef sommelière exécutive at Lascombes développement since July 2015, where responsibilities include creating wine lists, managing stock, purchasing wines and spirits, conducting tasting events, and training staff. Prior to this, Lucie was Chef sommelière at Dame de Pic from May 2014 to May 2015, overseeing stock management and wine list updates. Early experience includes roles as Sommelier at Alain Ducasse Entreprise from March 2009 to June 2014 and at Rech from January 2008 to March 2009. Lucie received education from Lycée hôtelier de Talence Gascogne.
