Lacy Mason has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lacy started their career in 1998 as a Breakfast Chef at The Campbell House, A City Inn, where they provided a Four Diamond-rated guest experience and coordinated special events. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Server at BRINDIAMO CATERING. In 2001, they became an Assistant Manager at Avila's El Ranchito, overseeing nightly service and Taco Tuesday events.
