Santos Jha

Santos Jha serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Banking & Insurance for North America at Sonata Software, where responsibilities include managing the P&L for the BFSI Business Unit, developing sales strategies, and enhancing brand presence in the marketplace. Prior to this role, Santos held the position of Vice President and Head of Sales for the Americas at Conneqt Business Solutions, focusing on business development in the IT/ITeS industry and expanding the North American market. Additional experience includes leading business development for Dell in BPO services for the Banking and Financial Services sector, serving as Associate Vice President and Client Partner at Collabera, and managing sales efforts at Infrasoft Technologies and Syntel Inc. Santos holds an MBA in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) at Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
